Emotional Support

Emotional Support

We offer emotional support and companionship to those who are experiencing any kind of crisis, or dying and alone. We support families too by offering a break, stepping in when they are unable to be with them and vigiling for people in the final hours, also offering support from the moment of diagnosis.

Companionship

Companionship

Our aim is to provide compassion and loving support, relieving the loneliness and isolation of anyone facing crisis or end of life issues. We do this through our psychotherapeutic and holistic approach to wellbeing. Also offering a wide range of support groups, training and development opportunities.

Bereavement Groups

Wellbeing groups

Our wellbeing groups are peer led and provide a safe space for members of the group to talk, share experiences and build their skills. As facilitators we uphold the rules and boundaries of the group and hold the space, allowing the members to lead. At the moment we have a drama, singing, women's group and two bereavement groups running and a reiki share. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for any changes or join our mailing list.

Paths For All

Paths For All

We run regular health walks which are open to everyone to help build a compassionate community and to stay fit and healthy.

Please email or telephone for details of our next walk. More information can be found at Paths For All.

Student Therapist

We have a student therapist who is on placement with NODA Ayrshire running the GP+ project. This project was borne from grievances raised by people regarding the long waiting lists for assessment and therapy support.

Providing urgent emotional and mental health support to any member of the public facing challenges or difficulties through offering cbt (cognitive behavioural therapy).

In addition our therapist is registered BABCP and BPS(as a student), and qualified to provide EMDR (eye movement desensitisation reprogramming) and hypnotherapy.

These modalities help with a wide range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, confidence and self esteem.
