Noda Referrals

We operate a secure, online rota system for our volunteers. Once a referral is received, only the town where the assistance is required is entered onto the system; no personal information is posted. 

Each volunteer who can offer support then receives a telephone call with brief essential information such as address. We can usually attend within a few hours as we have 43 volunteers covering the whole of Ayrshire. Each referral is tailored to suit the individual and work around care plans already in place.
